THTAK is our own product line, manufactured at our production base in Shenzhen. It is neither a rebrand nor an agency: the design, quality control and delivery are ours, and Hong Kong installation and after-sales are handled by our own engineering team.

Why it exists

We supply and install major brands — EATON as our primary — and that covers most requirements. But some jobs fall outside any catalogue: an unusual DC voltage, a cabinet size dictated by an existing rack, a runtime the standard battery options cannot reach, a lithium specification the mainstream ranges do not offer in that form factor. Those are the jobs THTAK takes.

Customisation is the point, not the exception. Tell us the requirement — capacity, voltage, cabinet dimensions, communication interface, protection features — and we will quote a built-to-order unit with a confirmed specification and lead time.

q: Is THTAK a brand you distribute for someone else? a: No. THTAK is our own product line, manufactured at our own production base in Shenzhen. Production, quality and after-sales are our responsibility directly.
q: Can I order one custom unit, or is there a minimum quantity? a: Single custom units are welcome — this is a service for Hong Kong installations, not an export minimum-quantity business. Lead time is confirmed at quotation.
q: Who services a THTAK system in Hong Kong? a: We do — the same engineering team that installs EATON and other brands maintains THTAK equipment, with factory-level support behind them.
