EATON 93T three-phase online UPS
Backbone power protection from machine rooms to production lines. At this level the UPS is the easy part — the design work is in distribution, cooling and runtime.

What changes at three-phase scale
Above roughly 20 kVA, the conversation stops being about a box and becomes about a room: input switchgear, output distribution, battery string sizing and its floor loading, heat rejection, and a maintenance regime. We quote the whole system, and the sizing is done against a measured load — never against the UPS nameplate.
Internal batteries or a battery room?
The 15–80 kVA frames can carry enough internal battery for about five minutes at full load — often exactly enough to bridge to a generator. Longer runtimes need an external string, which changes the floor-loading and ventilation plan. We size both options side by side at survey.
Key features
- Three-phase online double-conversion, transformerless, modular tower build
- 15–200 kVA with 1.0 output power factor — 100% of the rating is usable
- Three-level topology: >96% efficiency at typical load; >99% in ESS eco mode
- ABM intelligent battery management extends battery life by 50%+
- Hot-sync wireless paralleling — no paralleling board, redundancy and expansion without a single point of failure
- 15–80 kVA models accept internal batteries (5 minutes at full load) without extra footprint
- DC capacitor health monitoring with early warning
- Module-level serviceability keeps MTTR low
- Charger power up to 70% of rating — matches large VRLA or lithium strings
Where it fits
Data centres and large machine rooms
Backbone protection where redundancy and maintainability matter more than the unit's badge.
Industrial line backbone
Whole-line power quality — a voltage sag can scrap a batch and shift calibration.
Telecoms and critical infrastructure
Continuous-duty sites that need monitoring and a scheduled maintenance plan from day one.

The value of modular is not raw capacity — it is that a failed module does not stop you, and growth does not mean replacing the frame.
